The NSGRADIUS storefront surfaces verified merchant inventory and curated A+ catalog items. Product availability, pricing, and imagery are updated in real time but may change without notice.
All checkouts are processed through the PayPal Merchant Gateway. Paid orders are automatically routed to SHIPNSG for last-mile fulfillment under the 60-minute operational standard.
SHIPNSG drivers fulfill orders within the assigned zip territory. Delivery windows are estimates; NSGRADIUS is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control.
Verified merchants receive an 82% revenue split on completed orders, settled per the Settlement Policy.
Merchants and customers must provide accurate information and may not abuse, resell, or scrape the platform.

To fulfill orders via SHIPNSG, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the storefront experience. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment details are handled securely by the PayPal Merchant Gateway. NSGRADIUS does not store full card numbers on its servers.

This policy governs how revenue is calculated and disbursed to verified NSGRADIUS merchants.
Each completed order is split 82% to the merchant and 18% to NSGRADIUS for platform, payment, and SHIPNSG fulfillment services.
Funds clear through the PayPal Merchant Gateway and are disbursed on a weekly sweep. Cleared funds only — disputes and chargebacks are deducted before settlement.
Order totals are escrow-protected until SHIPNSG confirms delivery, at which point the merchant portion is released for settlement.
"Cleared funds" means funds that have passed PayPal’s risk and hold review and are available for payout.
This agreement sets the terms under which a business operates on the NSGRADIUS™ platform.
Merchants must be legally registered businesses with accurate tax and banking details on file.
Merchants must keep inventory and pricing current and use verified A+ product imagery. NSGRADIUS may curate the front shelf for velocity and quality.
Paid orders route automatically to SHIPNSG. Merchants agree to the 60-minute operational standard within their zip territory.
The 82/18 split and weekly settlement sweep apply as described in the Settlement Policy.
Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, consumer-protection rules, and platform guidelines. Violations may result in suspension.
